WHAT STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER
Prokeryx runs in your own Chrome, with your own Facebook login. Your settings, the vehicles it reads from your dealership's website, the photos it uploads and the descriptions it writes stay in your browser. We never receive your Facebook login, your listings' text or photos, or anything about your buyers.
WHAT GOES TO KEIGHT'S LICENCE SERVER
- your license key and a random seat identifier the licence server issues to this computer when you activate (not a hardware serial; it is replaced about once a day);
- your dealership's website address, when you activate;
- your answers on the "Before you activate" screen: which boxes you checked, the version of the terms, and the date and time;
- before each listing, a check of how many listings you have left; after each listing, the vehicle's VIN and whether Facebook confirmed it saved, so your allowance can be counted;
- the country your connection comes from (from Cloudflare), stored with your acceptance.
We use this to check your key, count your listings, keep a record that you accepted the terms, and support your account. Records are deleted automatically 24 months after your key expires.
